Vacant home staging consultation and stylization - $650 • 1.5 hr consultation and walkthrough • Photos of existing space • Written directives on items to remove/replace & deep cleaning recommendations • Written directives on paint color & minor repairs • Design strategies that the homeowner can implement on their own. • Written list of service providers for cleaning and repairs • Small accessories for kitchen, 2 barstools or 2 chairs, • Bath towels, accessories and shower curtain for 1 bathroom • Color furniture plan for 1 main floor. • 3 months use of supplied furnishings.* Staged homes sell faster and for more money than non-staged homes. To have staging done for additional rooms contact us for customized design services that are tailored to meet your needs. *Additional use of furniture billed monthly at $200 per month.
