Service Description

Our design consultation with design directives is ideal for the homeowner who wishes to implement the design and work directly with vendors themselves. This design service can be done in person or entirely online via video chat and email, or a combination thereof. • Up to 2 meetings with designer • Client questionnaire • 1.5 hour initial consultation and walk-through (in-person or live video) • Site measurements, as needed (Completed by vendors for custom treatments) • Presentation of design thoughts, ideas and recommendations • Final Presentation to incorporate revisions from presentation • Written directives for vendors and fixtures, furnishings and equipment • Designer may make initial introductions between client and vendor. Additional coordination and consult with vendors or with client regarding vendors to be billed at designer’s hourly fee as specified in design contract.
